But the magic doesn't stop there. We proof down the gin to 40% ABV with cold-pressed wild hibiscus flower juice from our plantations in Malaysia and spring water from our farm at Kurrajong Heights. To enhance the experience even further, we include three gorgeous wild hibiscus flowers that float around in the bottle like little red jellyfish.
