Can I choose a preferred delivery date?
Yes you can but we are not able to guarantee deliveries due to some locations experiencing delays due to COVID-19.
Please note your basket or gift hamper may arrive before or after the preferred delivery date, this will depend on the location you are shipping it to.
It is much better that the delivery arrives early rather than late, so the best time to place your order is NOW.
Can I amend my order once it has been placed?
We are able to make amendments to orders that have not yet been dispatched. We prepare and dispatch orders fairly quickly, and sometimes this can be done within minutes of you placing your order, especially when we are busy!
