The best way to contact us is via the chat feature on our website or email. Our office staff are working from home and can offer fast response via chat and email only. Our phone line is not being monitored regularly.

Can I choose a preferred delivery date?

Yes you can but we are not able to guarantee deliveries due to some locations experiencing delays due to COVID-19. 

Please note your basket or gift hamper may arrive before or after the preferred delivery date, this will depend on the location you are shipping it to.

It is much better that the delivery arrives early rather than late, so the best time to place your order is NOW.

Can I amend my order once it has been placed?

We are able to make amendments to orders that have not yet been dispatched. We prepare and dispatch orders fairly quickly, and sometimes this can be done within minutes of you placing your order, especially when we are busy!

If it's during Sydney AEST business hours and you have just placed your order, please chat with us now via LIVE CHAT and we will make the change for you. 

If it's outside of business hours please fill in the contact form below and include your order number and the change or addition you would like to make. This will place your message in the front of the line and we will aim to address this first thing on the next business day.
