Australia Delivery

FREE DELIVERY ON ALL OUR  GIFT HAMPERS & GIFT BASKETS

Our Fruit Hampers can only be delivered within Australia; we are not able to send any Fruit Baskets overseas.  There are some areas within Australia that we are prohibited to send fruit hampers and for these areas we can send a hamper that does not contain fruit, please call our office to discuss.

Delivery Times

Delivery times will vary from state to state and are estimated for your information only.  We do allow our customers to select a delivery date and we always do our best to make sure it arrives on that day or before. 

Sydney Metro (within 50km of CBD): same day delivery if order is placed before 12pm*

Sydney Outer: 1-2 business days to arrive*

New South Wales: 1-2 business days to arrive*

Melbourne Metro: 1-2 business days to arrive*

Victoria: 1-2 business days to arrive*

Canberra Metro: 1-2 business days to arrive* 

ACT: 1-3 business days to arrive* 

Queensland, Brisbane & Gold Cost: 1-2 business days to arrive*

Country areas will take longer so please factor this in when selecting a delivery date. 

*Christmas is the busiest time of year; please allow extra time for deliveries and to cover for any unforeseeable circumstances during the peak delivery periods. We recommend upgrading to Express Delivery during the busy periods.

Delivery Information

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday only between the hours of 9am and 5pm.

We take extreme care to make sure your order arrives on the specified date; however iGiftFruitHampers.com.au is not responsible for gifts that are delayed due to circumstances out of our control. Sometimes orders can be affected by couriers having to change their route, traffic or other situations that do sometimes occur.

iGiftFruitHampers.com.au is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has been made.

Stock Availability

Due to the nature of the items we use in our Gift Baskets sometimes it will be necessary to substitute an item for one of equal or higher value. We will notify you of any changes made but we don’t hold up the gifts to be delivered.
