Let the reeds soak overnight to ensure the oil saturates them completely. After soaking, flip the reeds over and place them back into the bottle to allow the fragrance to diffuse through the entire length of the reed.
For optimal performance, allow 1-2 days for the scent to effectively absorb into the reeds. The perfume will naturally mellow over time, but you can adjust and renew the intensity of the fragrance by flipping all or some of the reeds as needed.
