Important Delivery Information

Due to Coronavirus - COVID-19 all courier companies are treating packages as authority to leave.

In Summary the Current Delivery Process will be as follows;

Drivers will site a person/customer/you and confirm they can sign and leave the Carton.
No physical contact will occur
Authority to Leave Orders will be the standard process

If you are unable to do this at your business premise please put a plan in place where the driver can deliver to a home address or another location that is deemed safe for delivery. If your business is open from 9 - 5pm the drivers will follow the above process.

PLEASE.. PLEASE.. ensure your delivery instructions are accurate as the courier will charge you a $15 re-delivery fee, we do our best to avoid this charge, however this one is over to you, remember 'keeping it simple' or be available for delivery during business hours.
