About Medjool dates
Medjool dates are known as the "king of dates" for their size and soft, fudgy texture. They're naturally sweet, so they're popular as a healthier dessert or energy snack, and they're a traditional food for breaking the fast during Ramadan.
Serving ideas
Stuff Medjool dates with a little cheese or nut butter, add the fruit and nut mix to breakfast, or put everything on a platter with cheese and crackers for guests.
