Where we deliver

How do we look after you perishable gift?

IGift Hampers are delivered in special gift boxes with ice packs.

Chocolate bouquets and Gift hampers can be delivered anywhere in Australia.

We deliver Monday to Friday

Business addresses : between 9am and 5pm

Residential addresses : between 8am and 7pm

Want a specific time?

Yes, we can! Our express same day delivery service is available. We can deliver within 4 hours from the time you place your order to arrival in Sydney

How much is Delivery?

We offer a Free Delivery service or same day delivery in some areas.

At checkout, once you enter your delivery postcode and preferred delivery date, all available delivery prices will be presented. Choose a next business day delivery date for the lowest rate.

Let's get it right, first time

Please help us to do a perfect delivery for you by checking that someone is at home or work to receive your delivery.

If no-one is home, we will leave your gift safely in our signature delivery box. If there is nowhere safe, a calling card will be left.

What if it melts in transit?

We're the experts when it comes to wrapping and packaging your gift so it stays safe in transit.

In the unlikely event that your IGift Hampers is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with a photo of the damaged gift and we will send a complimentary replacement straight away.

Regional Addresses

In regional and rural areas delivery can take 2-4 days. In these areas we cannot guarantee a delivery date.

Some suburbs and regional towns may not be serviced by standard couriers. In these cases, gifts will be delivered to the closest Australia Post outlet for local collection by the receiver.
