How hospital delivery works

Express delivery for fresh gifts. Fruit baskets and fresh hampers are sent by express so they arrive fresh. Express orders placed by 2pm Monday to Thursday are dispatched the same day.
Delivered to reception or the ward. Couriers usually leave hospital deliveries at the main reception or the ward's nurses' station, and staff take them to the patient.
Check they'll still be in hospital. Please make sure your recipient will still be in hospital when the gift arrives. Because fresh gifts are perishable and are left with hospital staff, we can't take responsibility if the patient has already gone home. If they may be discharged soon, send the gift to their home instead.

How to address a gift to a NSW hospital

Include these details in the delivery address at checkout:

The patient's full name, as the hospital knows them
The hospital name and full street address
The ward name or number (more reliable than a bed number, as patients can move)
Your phone number or a family member's, in case the courier has a question
